  • Commerical real estate financing, including developing financing strategies for and documenting simple and multi-asset financings, term, revolver and letter of credit financing, convertible loans, multi-tiered mezzanine financing, sale-leaseback financing, tax exempt and other tax-driven financing, and documenting and negotiating loan documents and ancillary documentation such as tri-party agreements, estoppel certificates, subordination agreements, SNDAs, pledges and assignments.
